About the Role
As a Creator Success Manager, you will manage a portfolio of high-value creators and drive their growth through data-driven strategies. You will focus on increasing revenue, improving retention, and ensuring creators successfully leverage the platform’s capabilities.
This is a results-oriented role where success is measured by performance metrics, not just relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Creator Growth & Strategy
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase creator revenue and engagement
- Identify monetization opportunities and improve long-term creator value
- Build personalized growth plans based on performance data and insights
Performance Analysis & Execution
- Analyze creator performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Drive product adoption by aligning platform features with creator goals
- Manage churn risk through proactive engagement and retention strategies
Relationship Management
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with creators
- Act as a strategic advisor, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnership success
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with product, marketing, and growth teams to improve creator outcomes
- Represent the voice of creators in internal discussions and initiatives
- Collaborate on strategies that enhance platform value and engagement
Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate account tracking, forecasting, and reporting in CRM systems
- Monitor portfolio performance and ensure consistent progress toward targets
- Share best practices and insights to improve team performance
Requirements / Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, creator partnerships, or customer success
- Proven ability to grow accounts and drive measurable revenue outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make decisions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or creator economy
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Asana, or CRM platforms
- Background in agency or creator management environments
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
