Your Role as HR Manager
In this strategic and hands-on role, you’ll be a vital part of Contura’s management team, working closely with the CEO and an HR specialist. Your responsibilities will include:
✔ Strategic & Operational HR Leadership – Overseeing HR functions, including budget management, labor law, and work environment.
✔ Talent Development – Driving recruitment, employer branding, and leadership programs to attract top talent.
✔ Corporate Culture & Communication – Fostering a strong workplace culture and handling internal/external communications.
✔ International Recruitment Support – Assisting the business area management with executive hiring across global markets.
Who Are We Looking For?
✅ Academic background in HR or related fields with solid experience, preferably in growth-driven companies.
✅ Strong business acumen with expertise in labor law, talent management, and leadership coaching.
✅ Tech-savvy – Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
✅ Fluent in Swedish & English – Essential for international collaboration.
✅ People-first mindset – A collaborative, solution-oriented leader who builds trust at all levels.
