As part of Bio-Rad’s transformation journey, you will work on AI and ML-driven solutions that enhance forecasting, automate planning, and improve decision-making across supply chain operations. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver next-generation planning tools integrated with enterprise systems, such as SAP and Kinaxis Maestro.

Bio-Rad is looking for candidates with a strong mix of business and technical knowledge, including:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or related area
  • At least five years of supply chain experience with exposure to AI or ML in business settings
  • Familiarity with processes such as forecasting, production scheduling, MRP, and inventory management
  • Experience with systems like SAP S4HANA, Kinaxis, or similar platforms
  • Understanding of AI concepts and tools, including Python, SageMaker, or Vertex AI
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Comfort working independently within a global, matrixed environment
  • Ability to travel up to 30 percent to support workshops, system launches, and team coordination

Flexible Work Location

This position offers the flexibility of remote work across the United States. Occasional travel will be required to support projects and workshops.

Compensation Range

The estimated annual salary for this role is from 85,400 to 144,500 USD, depending on location, skills, and experience. This role is also eligible for the annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
