Position Overview

Reece Group, in partnership with Murray Mallee Training Company Ltd, invites Year 10 students to undertake a School-based Traineeship at the Plumbing South Nowra branch. Trainees will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations while gaining practical experience in a branch environment. This opportunity blends on-the-job training with formal certificate requirements, including workbooks, assessments, and real-world tasks.

Key Impact and Responsibilities

  • Uphold Reece’s values, policies, and procedures in daily work
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
  • Complete all Certificate II requirements, including assessments and workbooks
  • Process sales efficiently and accurately
  • Assist in stock management and inventory control
  • Handle incoming calls, taking messages and orders professionally
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Develop strong product knowledge across plumbing and specialty offerings
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and professional branch environment.
