Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Working Student (f/m/d) to join our Corporate Governance Office in Erlangen, Germany. This role will provide you with an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the healthcare industry and contribute to the digital transformation of our company.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in the digitalization of processes and tools.
  • Design and maintain our SharePoint platform.
  • Prepare and visualize data and information in presentations and digital dashboards.
  • Ensure quality and data integrity of documents and data.
  • Work independently on various projects and gain in-depth insights into different areas of the company.

Your Qualifications and Experience:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, economics, (business) informatics, or a related field.
  • Strong affinity for conscientious documentation, complex interrelationships, digitization, and visualization.
  • Experience in creating and revising technical documentation in German and English.
  • Proficiency in working with the entire Microsoft 365 suite and familiar with applications such as SharePoint, Power Automate, and/or MS Power BI.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong desire for high-quality output.
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and in a structured manner.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Very good German and English skills.
  • Looking to join our team for a minimum of 12 months, preferably longer.
