Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Overview

The Senior Business Systems Analyst will help Iterable manage and rationalize its enterprise application portfolio while supporting technology vetting, capability mapping, vendor lifecycle governance, and application portfolio decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Help manage and rationalize Iterable’s company application portfolio so IT has clearer visibility into the overall technology environment.
• Participate in the technical vetting process for incoming applications.
• Help evaluate whether new applications are purposeful, strategically aligned, and appropriate additions to the technology portfolio.
• Work with business unit technology leaders to develop capability mapping that shows how the technology portfolio supports business operations.
• Support vendor renewal and new-vendor processes by representing IT from initial vendor selection through contract approval.
• Evaluate business processes using a data-driven approach and work with IT developers and administrators to improve application portfolio operations.
• Support scalable, efficient enterprise application management while considering where AI and automation can provide value alongside appropriate human oversight.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in enterprise application portfolio management within a SaaS-heavy environment.
• Expertise in vendor lifecycle governance, including application onboarding and secure decommissioning.
• Proven ability to lead or contribute to software rationalization and capability mapping initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving and growing organization.

Compensation

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $141,000–$221,000 per year.

Iterable states that individual pay within this range is determined by factors including specific US work location, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.

The listed range reflects base salary only. The total compensation package may also include variable pay where applicable, equity, and benefits.
