Shape Lupin’s Sales Force:
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying training needs, formulating comprehensive training frameworks and plans for Medical Executives (MEs) and Area Managers (AMs), and ensuring the effective delivery of engaging training programs. Your expertise will be crucial in equipping the field force with the knowledge, skills, and strategies needed to excel in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting thorough training needs analysis.
- Developing structured training plans with clear objectives and KPIs.
- Organizing and delivering interactive and timely training programs.
- Collaborating with the Business Unit to create product refresh training and objection handling strategies.
- Reinforcing skills application through field activities, coaching, and role-play.
- Providing in-field training support aligned with organizational priorities.
- Conducting annual skills and knowledge assessments using digital tools (SMART WINNR).
- Generating insightful reports and recommending remedial actions.
- Participating in trainee programs and other departmental training initiatives.
- Proactively preparing the field force for future challenges.
- Developing internal team members through Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a Post Graduation in Business Management or a Graduation in Pharmacy, coupled with a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in Pharma Sales Training. Strong competencies in Innovation & Creativity, Process Excellence, Collaboration, Customer Centricity, Developing Talent, Strategic Agility, Stakeholder Management, and Result Orientation are essential for success in this role.
