As Cybersecurity Manager, you will be at the forefront of protecting SPIMACO’s valuable information. This pivotal role involves managing both team execution and project delivery, fostering an environment of continuous improvement within the cybersecurity department. You will be instrumental in aligning cybersecurity strategies with overall departmental and company-wide objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee team or project operations, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and contributing to the development and implementation of operational strategies.
- Team Development: Manage and mentor team members, actively promoting their skill enhancement and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Policy & Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations such as NCA and SDAIA, as well as industry best practices.
- Risk Management: Conduct thorough assessments to identify potential security risks and develop effective corrective action plans.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide regular reports on the cybersecurity status and strategic plans to top management.
- Incident Response: Lead the response to and investigation of security incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Training & Awareness: Conduct engaging cybersecurity training sessions, workshops, and provide clear guidance to employees.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address security risks and perform comprehensive analyses.
- Documentation & Monitoring: Develop and maintain a detailed incident management log and reports, and diligently monitor the implementation and effectiveness of security improvements and developments.
- Strategy Oversight: Oversee the successful implementation of overarching cybersecurity strategies and controls.
Qualifications & Experience:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. A Master’s Degree and relevant professional certifications are highly preferred. This role requires a minimum of 11 years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates boasting 4 years of specialized experience in cybersecurity. Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential.
