This is a permanent opportunity for a dedicated professional with 8 to 10 years of experience in finance or banking, particularly within syndicated and structured finance.
In this pivotal role, the Senior Manager will be the central point of contact for all finance-related documentation, ensuring the seamless completion of structured financing transactions. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with clients, lenders, legal counsels, and advisors, overseeing facility documentation across both primary and secondary markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and overseeing a diverse portfolio of financing deals, including syndicated and bilateral loans, structured finance, and Sharia-compliant structures.
- Reviewing and preparing crucial financial documents such as commitment letters, term sheets, and facility advising letters, ensuring they align with credit approvals, legal advice, and regulatory requirements.
- Guaranteeing all conditions precedent are met before loan disbursement and meticulously tracking all subsequent documentation.
- Managing operational aspects including collections, repayments, and ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance.
- Mentoring junior team members on documentation processes and actively working to enhance existing procedures.
- Providing essential support during both internal and external audits.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking Science, or Financial Management.
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in the financial sector.
- Fluency in English.
- Expert proficiency in MS Office Suite.
