Position Summary
Autodesk is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to drive the evolution of internal developer experiences and the agentic AI platform. This role provides expertise in agentic and product design, influencing multiple systems and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a systems thinker, passionate about UX, and adept at designing intuitive experiences for developers at scale.

Core Areas of Responsibilities
- Design and refine agentic and product experiences for the internal software development lifecycle.
- Lead cross-functional exploration, analysis, and problem-solving initiatives involving complex systems.
- Synthesize feedback and requirements to create new patterns, advocate for customer-focused solutions.
- Conduct research and utilize data to guide design decisions.
- Understand customer needs, technical capabilities, context, and business objectives.
Ideal Candidate Background
Minimum Requirements
- Accessible portfolio demonstrating delivery of best-in-class UX experiences.
- Strong communicator with proven cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Solid understanding of human-centered design practices.
- Proficiency with AI platforms and tools (ChatGPT, Alexa, Siri, Perplexity, Claude, Hugging Face, Cursor, Replit).
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Framer).
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or similar roles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing generative AI experiences.
- Awareness of the latest UX and AI trends.
- Experience working within a platform team or environment.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary: CAD 94,000 – 137,500 (BC, Canada)
