Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, letters, and agreements
- Manage contract administration, litigation support, and corporate records
- Lead visa processing for international artists
- Oversee insurance policy renewals, claims, and compliance
- Support ethics program administration and governance matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 4–6 years of paralegal experience
- Strong legal research, writing, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software
- Must be local or willing to relocate to the DMV area (no relocation assistance)
