PKN Orlen, a leading player in the energy industry, is seeking a Sales Support and Trade Processes Specialist to join their team in Gdańsk.

Your Role:

As a Sales Support and Trade Processes Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Department and B2B channel in achieving sales goals and quarterly tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining constant contact with clients and handling commercial inquiries
  • Acquiring sales leads and monitoring the sales process
  • Collaborating in creating new products and implementing internal processes
  • Monitoring and analyzing the market and competition
  • Participating in the preparation of commercial offers and supporting the bidding process
  • Preparing reports and sales data
  • Supporting marketing activities and operations

Your Profile:

  • Higher education
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (sales support, customer service)
  • Knowledge of English at a level that allows communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
  • Team player with highly developed communication skills
  • Effective, responsible, and customer-oriented
  • Valid driving license category B
