Technical Product Manager – Platform & AI (Remote Europe)
MailerLite is hiring an experienced Technical Product Manager to help drive the strategy and roadmap for its platform capabilities. This remote-first role is available to candidates based in Europe.
You will work closely with technical leads and teams across development, design, SRE, customer support, and marketing to improve the shared foundations that other product and engineering teams rely on, including APIs, developer experience, AI interfaces, deliverability, data platforms, design systems, and regulatory capabilities.
Job Overview
As Technical Product Manager, you will focus on platform and internal capabilities used by engineers, internal teams, and external developers. The role combines product strategy, platform roadmap ownership, API and integration work, AI-focused product development, product discovery, analytics, and cross-functional delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the technical lead to define and drive strategy and roadmap priorities for the platform.
- Develop a deep understanding of what MailerLite’s platform and internal teams need next.
- Work on public API and developer-experience initiatives including versioning, documentation, and observability.
- Support AI and agent-interface initiatives such as Model Context Protocol integrations.
- Contribute to deliverability and safety initiatives designed to keep the platform effective for legitimate senders.
- Work with data and reporting platforms and collaborate closely with SRE on performance and scale.
- Support shared foundations used by multiple teams, including MailerLite’s design system and regulatory initiatives.
- Collaborate with customers, development, design, SRE, customer support, and marketing to deliver and launch product improvements.
- Define, analyze, and optimize product metrics while measuring impact and reporting progress.
- Apply product-management practices including product discovery, data analysis, and evaluation of AI-driven opportunities.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end process from idea and discovery through delivery and product impact.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience working in a SaaS-focused company.
- Experience with platform, infrastructure, API, or internal-tooling products where primary users include engineers, internal teams, or external developers.
- Solid understanding or working knowledge of APIs and integrations.
- Experience scoping integration work with engineers.
- Solid understanding of Model Context Protocol and current AI trends.
- AI-first approach to work such as research, documentation, and delivery.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across multiple product areas and stakeholder groups.
- Experience working in agile environments alongside backend engineering teams.
- Experience contributing to refinement, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization.
- Understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data and AI insights to identify opportunities and guide product improvements.
- Ability to own the full idea-to-product process and operate as a self-directed member of a development team.
- Must be based in Europe.

Compensation
The stated yearly gross salary range for this position is $48,000–$65,000 USD.
