What You’ll Do
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for service management topics including incident response, on-call operations, internal developer platforms, work management, workflow automation, Agent Builder, and operational automation.

Candidates should also be comfortable with at least one scripting or programming language such as Node.js, Python, Go, or Bash and should understand APIs, cloud infrastructure, and container-based environments.
Developer Advocacy and Storytelling
The role also calls for approximately two or more years of experience sharing technical knowledge through activities such as writing, conference speaking, workshops, live streaming, recorded video, open-source contributions, or community events.
Applicants should have publicly available examples of their technical communication, such as articles, blog posts, demonstrations, or presentation recordings.
Preferred Background
Hands-on experience with IT service-management platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management is a plus.
