Customer Success Manager – Healthcare Technology (Remote USA)

Reveleer is hiring a Customer Success Manager to manage enterprise customer relationships and help clients achieve measurable value from its Prospective Risk solution. This position serves as a primary customer contact throughout the relationship, from onboarding and ongoing delivery through business reviews and renewals.

The role combines customer relationship management, project leadership, healthcare technology knowledge, issue coordination, and data analysis. You will represent the voice of the customer internally while working across Product, Engineering, Data, and Analytics teams to support successful outcomes.

Job Overview

The Customer Success Manager will own and develop new and existing customer relationships while aligning Reveleer’s solutions with each client’s business goals. You will oversee day-to-day project activity, identify account risks, coordinate issue resolution, monitor adoption, and help customers realize value from the platform.

Reveleer provides technology supporting risk adjustment, quality improvement, clinical intelligence, and member management for health plans and provider organizations operating in value-based care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain customer relationships as the primary point of contact from onboarding through renewal.
  • Manage day-to-day customer projects, including planning, progress monitoring, meetings, and issue resolution.
  • Identify potential customer risks early and coordinate solutions with relevant internal teams.
  • Receive, document, prioritize, and triage customer-reported issues based on urgency and business impact.
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Analytics teams to route and track customer issues against internal priorities.
  • Provide customers with clear updates regarding issue status, expected timelines, and available workarounds.
  • Document recurring issues and customer requests to support knowledge development and process improvements.
  • Analyze customer data for adoption patterns, potential risks, and opportunities for account growth.
  • Translate customer data into actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular customer check-ins, business reviews, and renewal discussions.
  • Guide customers on platform best practices and support measurable value realization.
  • Escalate critical customer issues and advocate for client requirements internally.
  • Provide customer insights that can influence product roadmap decisions and service delivery.
  • Own and expand enterprise customer relationships while aligning Reveleer solutions with client business objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 60+ months of experience in consulting, project management, or customer management involving a technology solution.
  • Healthcare industry experience, preferably with a provider, payer, or intermediary organization.
  • Knowledge and demonstrated understanding of Risk Adjustment models and data validation requirements.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and strong performance in previous positions.
  • Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and coordinate effectively across departments.
  • Experience using project management and CRM platforms such as Jira, HubSpot, Gong, or similar tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously while proactively requesting support when necessary.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to research issues and develop recommendations or decisions.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is $100,000–$110,000 USD. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including geographic market, relevant knowledge, skills, and professional experience.
