Bitwarden is hiring an Implementation Engineer to help enterprise customers deploy, integrate, troubleshoot, and expand the use of its identity-security products. This is an all-remote opportunity for candidates located within the APAC region.

You will become a technical subject-matter expert across the Bitwarden product portfolio, lead customer proof-of-concepts and deployments, advise on infrastructure and security practices, support integrations across enterprise technology stacks, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams.

The Implementation Engineer will act as a technical expert for enterprise Bitwarden customers, guiding proof-of-concepts, containerized deployments, system integrations, troubleshooting, security architecture, and product adoption while helping customers achieve successful long-term implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert across Bitwarden and its product portfolio.
• Lead proof-of-concept trials with prospective and existing customers.
• Support new Bitwarden deployments.
• Lead and support integrations of Bitwarden containerized services.
• Advise customers on industry best practices across the Bitwarden technology stack.
• Work with enterprise customers to investigate and resolve technical issues.
• Help customers proactively identify technical challenges they may encounter as their environments evolve.
• Provide implementation guidance for business prospects and existing customers.
• Help integrate Bitwarden with customer infrastructure and wider technology stacks.
• Advise on general security practices surrounding customer deployments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and other internal teams.
• Help plan and develop live technical product demonstrations.
• Present product demonstrations based on customer use cases.
• Demonstrate implementation best practices at an appropriate scale for each customer.
• Document customer feedback from technical and collaborative sessions.
• Share customer feedback internally to help improve Bitwarden products and experiences.

Customer Implementations

The Implementation Engineer will work directly with enterprise customers during proof-of-concept trials, deployments, integrations, and ongoing technical engagements.

The role requires understanding the customer’s broader infrastructure rather than treating Bitwarden as an isolated application. You may help customers integrate identity providers, cloud platforms, container infrastructure, networking, authentication systems, and security technologies into a successful Bitwarden deployment.

Technical Demonstrations

The role includes helping design, develop, and present live technical product demonstrations. Demonstrations should reflect customer use cases and show recommended practices for implementing Bitwarden within real enterprise environments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

You will work with teams including Sales, Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and other customer-facing functions.

Customer feedback gathered during implementations and technical sessions is expected to be documented and communicated internally so that Bitwarden can improve its products and customer experience.
