About the Opportunity
SeatGeek is hiring a Client Success Manager to support sports and entertainment clients and help them realize greater value from SeatGeek’s ticketing technology.
This is a remote position within the United States. The role combines client success, account management, commercial strategy, product adoption, data analysis, and revenue-focused relationship management.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a strategic partner to sports and entertainment clients and align SeatGeek technology with their business goals.
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and other decision-makers across client organizations.
- Identify opportunities to improve product adoption, commercial performance, fan experience, and revenue.
- Lead internal and external business reviews and use insights to support renewals, adoption, and long-term client success.
- Build client advocacy through referrals, case studies, and industry exposure.
- Manage day-to-day communication and issue resolution across a portfolio that may include complex accounts.
- Analyze product usage, sales, and financial information using tools such as Looker, Excel, Google Workspace, and internal reporting systems.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and work with internal teams to support client needs and influence product roadmaps.
- Contribute to forecasting, onboarding, and efforts to scale SeatGeek’s client-success operations.
- Travel to client events and locations when required.
Required Experience
Candidates need at least four years of experience in a client-facing function such as customer success, account management, consulting, or partnerships within SaaS, technology, entertainment, or a related environment.
The role requires evidence of driving measurable client outcomes and improving business or revenue performance rather than only maintaining relationships.
Commercial and Client Leadership
Candidates should be comfortable presenting to senior internal and external stakeholders and building relationships across leadership levels.
Strong commercial and financial understanding is important, including the ability to understand how client decisions affect business performance and profit-and-loss outcomes.
Data and Communication Skills
The successful candidate should be confident using data to support decisions and communicate recommendations. Experience with tools such as Looker, Google Workspace, and other reporting platforms is relevant.
Strong presentation and communication skills are required, together with the ability to explain complex product and business topics clearly.
Remote Work and Travel
This role is remote within the United States. SeatGeek supports a flexible work environment where employees may work fully remotely.
The role does require regular travel to client locations and events, estimated at approximately 25% to 30%.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000 USD per year.
The role is also eligible for a performance-based bonus. The bonus is separate from the published base salary range.
