About the Opportunity
TRM Labs is hiring a Deployment Strategist, Public Sector (Regulators) to help government and regulatory customers successfully adopt and expand their use of TRM’s blockchain intelligence platform.
This is a full-time remote position within the United States. U.S. citizenship is required.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to regulator customers using TRM’s blockchain intelligence tools.
- Support onboarding, adoption, utilization, and retention across regulatory agencies.
- Help customers integrate TRM into compliance, enforcement, and investigative workflows.
- Build relationships with economic buyers and connect key stakeholders with TRM leadership.
- Create scalable resources such as regulator playbooks, onboarding guides, FAQ copilots, workflow templates, and standard query sets.
- Monitor customer usage, identify adoption gaps, and proactively support retention and expansion.
- Serve as the voice of regulatory customers to Product and Engineering teams.
Required Experience
Candidates need approximately three to five or more years of experience with financial regulators, gained by working at or alongside regulatory bodies, serving regulators in a customer success, deployment, consulting, or account-management role, or building AML compliance programs at a virtual asset service provider.
Blockchain, Compliance, and AI Skills
Relevant experience includes blockchain analysis, virtual currencies, investigative or compliance tools, and structured problem-solving within complex regulatory environments.
TRM also requires applied AI fluency, including the ability to build workflow-driven AI solutions such as copilots, automated trackers, or bots rather than using AI only for basic summarization.
Remote Work and Schedule
The role is fully remote within the United States. The team is globally distributed, with most meetings and collaboration overlapping between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
The position also includes limited on-call responsibilities, including one weekend on-call per month after ramp, with periodic monitoring for priority issues.
