Driving Growth Across the Western Region
OK International, a globally recognized manufacturer of electronic benchtop tools and precision dispensing solutions, is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager for Techcon to oversee sales operations across the Western United States and Canada. The role calls for a motivated leader with a proven record in technical sales, distribution management, and relationship-building.

The Role
The Regional Sales Manager – Techcon will oversee sales strategy, distributor management, and revenue growth within the Western territory. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, customer-centric selling, and strategic thinking to expand Techcon’s market presence.
Key functions include:
- Leading all Techcon sales activities across the Western US and Canada.
- Managing and supporting distributors and dispensing partners.
- Prospecting new clients and generating opportunities for Techcon products.
- Analyzing market trends and sales data to forecast growth and align with brand goals.
- Creating training programs for channel partners and customers.
- Preparing monthly performance and sales projection reports.
- Promoting innovation and customer satisfaction through technical demonstrations and product expertise.
Leadership & Management
This role involves direct oversight of Techcon’s regional sales operations. The Manager will:
- Guide and coordinate distributor sales teams.
- Implement strategic sales initiatives in line with corporate goals.
- Foster collaboration and maintain high standards of professionalism.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate is a proactive, tech-savvy sales professional with strong negotiation skills and a consultative selling approach.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 3–5 years in B2B or technical sales, ideally within dispensing equipment or material packaging.
- Proven record of sales growth and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office environments.
- Strong judgment, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving ability.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Technical & Strategic Expertise
- Strategic selling and account management.
- Demonstration of complex technical products.
- Data-driven decision-making using CRM and reporting tools.
- Distributor management and channel development.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: $80,000 – $100,000 annually
Commission: Eligible based on performance metrics
