Role Overview

The Manager of Digital Content and Strategy will lead the development, management, and execution of Ovia Health’s B2B2C digital content strategy. This role ensures content aligns with marketing campaigns, business revenue goals, and brand identity. The manager will shape the voice and tone for direct-to-member marketing, social media strategy, enrollment initiatives, and engagement campaigns while ensuring storytelling, editing, and brand differentiation are consistently maintained.

Primary Responsibilities

Content Strategy and Execution

  • Develop, implement, and operationalize a comprehensive B2B2C content strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Plan, produce, and publish engaging content across multiple channels, including member marketing campaigns, social media, in-app content, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Audit and refresh existing content to maintain alignment with clinical guidance and brand voice.

Collaboration and Brand Management

  • Work closely with Marketing, Brand Design, Clinical, and Product teams to amplify campaigns and product launches.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on brand voice, establishing editorial standards, and updating the brand style guide.
  • Review, approve, and edit content produced internally and by contributors, ensuring brand consistency and quality.

Performance Monitoring and Innovation

  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign and social media performance using insights to enhance engagement and reach.
  • Stay informed on digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes to keep content innovative and impactful.
  • Lead cross-functional content planning and creative discussions to ensure content remains differentiated and audience-appropriate.

Project Management

  • Oversee complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

Candidate Background

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years in content, brand, editorial, social media, or similar marketing roles in B2B, B2C, or B2B2C industries, ideally healthcare or women’s health.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft compelling content strategies for diverse audiences, including decision-makers and end-users.
  • Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in marketing automation, CRM systems, and data-driven strategy.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Asana, Sprout Social, Appsflyer, Google Ad Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and AI tools is a plus.
