About the Role

As a Human Resources Intern, you will support day-to-day HR operations while contributing to employee engagement and training initiatives. This structured 12-week internship offers exposure to multiple HR functions, including onboarding, compliance, and talent development.

You will gain valuable experience working with HR systems, creating learning content, and supporting employee programs.


Key Responsibilities

HR Operations Support

  • Assist with employee documentation and HR systems management
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Help maintain HR resources and internal documentation

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs
  • Support planning and execution of internal culture activities
  • Participate in team meetings and culture-focused initiatives

Talent Development & Training

  • Assist in designing and organizing training materials and content
  • Help create guides, learning resources, and internal documentation
  • Support training sessions and track participation metrics

Administrative & Reporting Tasks

  • Organize HR data and ensure accuracy across systems
  • Assist with compliance-related documentation and communications
  • Analyze training participation reports and support follow-ups

Requirements / Skills

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Interest in HR operations, employee experience, or talent development
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Willingness to learn new tools and systems (HRIS, SharePoint, LMS platforms)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in instructional design or training development
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Learning, Articulate, or similar platforms
  • Creative mindset with a focus on improving employee experiences
