About the Role
As an Engagement Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring successful delivery of services and long-term account growth. You will bridge the gap between clients and internal teams, translating business goals into actionable strategies.
This is not a traditional account management role—it requires strategic thinking, adaptability, and a strong understanding of AI-driven workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Relationship Management
- Own and manage client relationships post-sale, ensuring long-term success
- Act as a trusted advisor, aligning solutions with client business goals
- Lead structured, high-impact business conversations with stakeholders
Account Growth & Expansion
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Partner with sales teams to drive revenue growth
- Monitor account health and proactively address risks
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with product, engineering, and design teams to deliver client solutions
- Translate client feedback into actionable insights for internal teams
- Balance client needs with internal priorities and resources
Process & Operational Excellence
- Develop scalable processes and playbooks for account management
- Improve service delivery models as the company grows
- Maintain clear communication across all stakeholders
AI & Innovation Focus
- Stay updated on AI tools and trends, applying them to client strategies
- Bring new ideas and insights to improve performance and outcomes
- Contribute to evolving AI-driven workflows and systems
Requirements / Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or program management
- Experience working in SaaS, agency, or high-touch client environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Commercial mindset with a focus on growth and client value
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technical service delivery
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or automation platforms
- Experience building processes or improving client engagement systems
- Background in consulting or agency environments
