About the Role
As an Account Executive (Salesforce), you will lead consultative sales efforts focused on helping enterprise clients unlock value through Salesforce solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle while building strong relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem.
This is a strategic, client-facing role where you will act as a trusted advisor, aligning business goals with technology-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing deals
- Drive new business opportunities and expand enterprise accounts
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic deal execution
Consultative Selling
- Lead discovery sessions to understand client challenges and business objectives
- Position tailored Salesforce solutions including advisory, implementation, and managed services
- Align digital transformation strategies with measurable outcomes
Partnership & Ecosystem Collaboration
- Collaborate with Salesforce Account Executives and partner teams to co-sell opportunities
- Build strong relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Represent the company at industry and partner events
Client Relationship Management
- Engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Build long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer value
Internal Collaboration
- Work with delivery and marketing teams to develop proposals and solutions
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery for client success
- Contribute to refining go-to-market strategies and sales processes
Requirements / Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce-related sales (services or platform solutions)
- Proven success in closing enterprise-level deals
- Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Commerce, or Data Cloud)
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build relationships with C-level and VP-level stakeholders
- Self-driven mindset with a passion for digital transformation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Salesforce consulting partners or ISVs
- Familiarity with co-selling models and partner programs
- Proven track record of achieving multi-million-dollar sales targets
- Industry experience in retail, consumer goods, or healthcare
