About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager (Commercial), you will be the primary post-sales contact for customers, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term value. You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to drive outcomes, reduce churn, and identify growth opportunities.
This is a strategic, hands-on role requiring both technical understanding and strong relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding & Adoption
- Lead onboarding processes for new customers, ensuring smooth implementation
- Understand customer goals and develop tailored success plans
- Drive product adoption and time-to-value
Account Management & Retention
- Build relationships with stakeholders across technical and executive levels
- Identify expansion opportunities and support renewals
- Monitor account health and proactively mitigate risks
Training & Enablement
- Educate customers on product features, best practices, and security principles
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver training and resources
- Help customers optimize their use of the platform
Customer Advocacy & Collaboration
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization
- Partner with product, engineering, and support teams to resolve issues
- Advocate for customer needs and influence product improvements
Issue Management & Support
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve customer challenges
- Ensure timely and effective issue resolution
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements / Skills
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, technical account management, or similar roles
- Experience working with both technical and business stakeholders
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Proactive, strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- High emotional intelligence and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in DevSecOps, cloud security, or software development environments
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, or Linux
- Background in startups or high-growth environments
- Passion for cybersecurity and modern infrastructure
