About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term retention. You will work closely with customers to align platform capabilities with their business goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
This role requires strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with experience in healthcare systems and data workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts
- Manage onboarding, implementation, and ongoing client engagement
- Lead project planning, tracking, and issue resolution
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful outcomes
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities
- Conduct regular business reviews and renewal discussions
- Provide strategic guidance and best practices to clients
- Track and document customer feedback and improvement opportunities
- Escalate critical issues and advocate for customer needs
Requirements / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or project management
- Experience working in healthcare or value-based care environments
- Knowledge of risk adjustment models and healthcare data processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Jira, HubSpot)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
