About the Role
As an Associate Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of publisher accounts, focusing on revenue growth, optimization, and relationship management. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to improve performance and deliver actionable insights.
This role requires strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and an interest in the digital advertising ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support a portfolio of mid-market publisher accounts
- Drive revenue growth through yield optimization and integration strategies
- Collaborate with sales teams on forecasting and account performance
- Identify and resolve performance issues with internal technical teams
- Conduct regular client meetings, including strategy reviews and QBRs
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments
- Share knowledge and best practices across teams
Requirements / Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or ad tech
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and digital media
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and presentation tools
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
