About the Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for qualifying leads, engaging prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline. You will act as the first point of contact for potential customers, identifying their needs and connecting them with the appropriate solutions.

This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Conduct outbound outreach through email, phone, and social channels
  • Research accounts and enhance lead data for targeted prospecting
  • Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to sales executives
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead generation strategies
  • Participate in product training and stay updated on offerings
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges

Requirements / Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in business development or sales development roles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, or ZoomInfo
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on achieving targets
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and lead qualification
