Des Moines, IA – May 14, 2025 – The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts is seeking an IT Systems Support Specialist to join its dynamic team in the Southern District of Iowa. This role offers a competitive salary range of 54,276–54,276–97,683, depending on experience and location (Des Moines or Davenport).
Job Overview
The selected candidate will work with a collaborative IT team, supporting courtroom technology, IT security, user assistance, and innovative projects for the federal judiciary. Responsibilities include:
✔ Providing technical support to judges, staff, and probation officers
✔ Managing servers, backups, and disaster recovery
✔ Administering Active Directory, user accounts, and security policies
✔ Troubleshooting audio/video systems in courtrooms
✔ Ensuring IT security compliance and system performance
Qualifications & Benefits

- 1+ year of IT support experience (networking, troubleshooting, security)
