About the Role

Western Union seeks a driven Field Sales Executive to lead sales and account management activities across Belgium. The professional will oversee a defined territory, acting as a mini general manager to ensure high productivity, consistent growth, and strong relationships with existing agents. The role focuses on driving profitable revenue, strengthening agent networks, and expanding partner relationships to drive growth.

Core Responsibilities

Manage the full agent lifecycle for all active agents who have been in service for more than six months.
Oversee agent replacements, ownership changes, and shadowing of key accounts.
Activate new locations and identify expansion opportunities within existing partnerships.
Coordinate banking updates, recertifications, IT or hardware upgrades, and credit limit adjustments.
Ensure brand consistency across outlets, including “yellow shops” and other agent locations.
Collaborate with inside sales to refine pricing strategies and POS-level commission structures.

Experience & Qualifications

Experience: 2–3 years in sales, preferably within the Money Transfer or Financial Services industry.
Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
Certifications: Relevant industry or sales certifications are an advantage.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to qualify leads based on revenue potential.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Fluent in English.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license (company car provided).
