About the Role
As a Manager Data Science, Operations, you will lead a team of 3-5 data scientists, developing and maintaining cutting-edge technologies and models tailored to airline operations. Your expertise will be crucial in developing advanced analytical models (descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, prescriptive) to optimize network, fuel efficiency, and overall operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of data scientists.
- Develop and maintain advanced analytical models.
- Monitor model performance and provide actionable insights.
- Research and propose enhancements to business processes.

Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 8+ years of experience in data science.
- Advanced knowledge of statistics and mathematical concepts.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud-based data warehouses.
- Experience in building and deploying analytical models.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in the aviation/travel industry is preferred.
