As a Maintenance Coordinator at ADNOC Drilling, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our state-of-the-art drilling operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and Supervision: Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies, allocate resources effectively, and oversee the execution of both routine and non-routine maintenance tasks.
- Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance schedules, address equipment issues promptly, and ensure smooth operations during turnarounds and shutdowns.
- Monitoring and Improvement: Continuously monitor maintenance performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies, including preventive maintenance programs.
- Allocate resources efficiently to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate with various departments to optimize maintenance schedules and minimize downtime.
- Monitor maintenance performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and safety.
- Ensure compliance with international and UAE refinery industry standards and protocols.
- Prepare and submit timely reports on maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma in an Engineering discipline or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of experience in a major processing plant.
- Strong knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, management, and planning skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proven leadership and training experience.
- Proficiency in business applications, including MAXIMO.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
