Primary Responsibilities
- Architect secure and scalable Salesforce CRM solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud
- Lead MuleSoft integration strategies using API led connectivity
- Guide REST API design, versioning, and enterprise integration patterns
- Oversee CI and CD pipelines and structured release management, with Copado preferred
- Enforce logging, monitoring, and cloud validation standards
- Support usability testing and persona-driven solution refinement
- Use Git based source control and repository practices
- Collaborate through JIRA, Microsoft Teams, and Miro
- Lead cross-functional technical teams in agile delivery environments
- Contribute to financial acquisition processes and workforce planning

Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Required Qualifications
- 12 or more years of experience with enterprise CRM platforms
- At least 7 years of Salesforce architecture and development experience
- 3 or more years of MuleSoft integration experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce Well-Architected Framework
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform or comparable cloud environments
- Strong understanding of agile development and product lifecycle processes
- Knowledge of financial planning and resource forecasting in technology organizations
Preferred Credentials
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect
- Salesforce Certified System Architect
- Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer
- Additional Salesforce Designer certifications
- MuleSoft Certified Associate
- Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect or equivalent cloud certification

Work Model and Eligibility
This role operates remotely within the United States. However, candidates residing within 50 miles of Dearborn, Michigan, may be required to work on-site up to 4 days per week.
