This high-impact role will shape the company’s global talent strategy, driving innovation and excellence in leadership development and talent initiatives.
Amer Sports is seeking a dynamic leader to evolve their L&D strategy, enhance core employee offerings, and lead the development of their Learning Management System (Docebo). The role involves collaborating with brand talent partners and the group team to design cutting-edge L&D solutions, reporting directly to the VP of Talent Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic L&D Evolution: Continuously refine and enhance the global L&D strategy.
- LMS Leadership: Drive the development and evolution of the Docebo LMS.
- Innovative Learning: Implement world-class learning approaches for self-leadership and team leadership.
- Global Consultation: Provide expert consultation to global functions and brands.
- Retail Learning Systems: Expand Docebo’s functionality for retail brands.
- Talent Reviews: Assist in capability and talent reviews (SSCR).
- Knowledge Exchange: Foster cross-brand knowledge and talent exchange.
- Leadership Academy: Design and implement the Amer Sports Leadership Academy.
What Amer Sports is Looking For:
- 4+ years as a global or regional L&D director.
- Experience designing and rolling out innovative management development programs.
- Expertise in LMS management and user flow design.
- Proven ability to facilitate development programs.
- Experience designing executive education programs.
- Background in consumer goods or retail is an asset.
- Strong expertise in succession planning and leadership development.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Master’s in Talent Management, IO Psychology, or related field (preferred).
