Day-to-Day Impact
The consultant drives impact by managing warm inbound leads and guiding small business owners through insurance options with clarity and confidence. Each call presents an opportunity to pre-qualify prospects, assess risks, and recommend coverage options, including BOP, Workers’ Compensation, Professional Liability, Commercial Auto, and Bonds. The consultant works within a supportive sales culture that values teamwork and collaboration. They collaborate with underwriting partners when handling complex risks and maintain organized workflows that ensure strong response times. Their day ends with satisfied customers who feel supported and ready to protect their business.

Academic and Professional Background
Candidates must hold an active commercial Property and Casualty license. They must also be eligible for licensing in their resident state and in 48 non-resident states, except for Hawaii and Alaska. Two or more years of recent P and C experience adds value. Experience in a call center or high-volume sales environment is also beneficial. A reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 100 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required.

More to Know
This role is remote. Employees who live close to offices in Charlotte, Clinton, Hartford, San Antonio, or Scottsdale may work onsite three days per week when needed. The position offers performance-based monthly incentives and access to a comprehensive range of company benefits. Travel is minimal except for occasional in-office needs.
