PKN Orlen, a leading player in the energy industry, is seeking a Sales Support and Trade Processes Specialist to join their team in Gdańsk.
Your Role:
As a Sales Support and Trade Processes Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Department and B2B channel in achieving sales goals and quarterly tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining constant contact with clients and handling commercial inquiries
- Acquiring sales leads and monitoring the sales process
- Collaborating in creating new products and implementing internal processes
- Monitoring and analyzing the market and competition
- Participating in the preparation of commercial offers and supporting the bidding process
- Preparing reports and sales data
- Supporting marketing activities and operations
Your Profile:
- Higher education
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position (sales support, customer service)
- Knowledge of English at a level that allows communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
- Team player with highly developed communication skills
- Effective, responsible, and customer-oriented
- Valid driving license category B
