Seeking a talented and passionate Graphics Driver Performance Engineer to join our team and help us deliver the best possible gaming experiences on Intel GPUs.

Pay: $91,500.00-$137,436.00 per year

Fully Remote – United States

About the Role:

As a Graphics Driver Performance Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the performance of Intel GPUs on the Windows platform. You will work on AAA game titles, including pre-release versions, to identify optimization opportunities in our drivers and shaders. You will also be involved in developing internal tools and analysis capabilities to improve our performance analysis and optimization efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize the performance of Intel GPUs on the Windows platform.
  • Work on AAA game titles, including pre-release versions, to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain tools and analysis capabilities to improve performance analysis and optimization efforts.
  • Collaborate with other engineers to implement and test performance optimizations.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest graphics hardware and software technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in graphics driver development or performance optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of C/C++ programming.
  • Experience with DirectX/D3D, Vulkan, or another graphics API.
  • Experience with GPU shader/kernel languages.
  • Knowledge of GPU architecture, SIMD parallelism, and bottleneck analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with 3D graphics rendering applications or drivers.
  • Experience with GPU hardware performance bottleneck analysis and performance optimizations.
  • Experience with HLSL, CUDA, LLVM, SPIR-V, or similar shader languages.
  • Experience with Python and performance data analysis.
