What You’ll Do:

✔ Lead system engineering, performance optimization, and technical excellence for Bluetooth, hardware, software, and AI/data solutions.

✔ Drive innovation in wireless tech (Bluetooth, RFID, cellular) and firmware/software integration.
✔ Collaborate with product managers, hardware/software teams, and external partners to deliver privacy-centric, secure solutions.
✔ Mentor engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

✔ 13+ years in tech leadership, with 5-8 years in people management.
✔ Strong background in hardware/software development and wireless technologies (Bluetooth, RFID, etc.).
