Washington, DC – The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts is hiring an Assistant Artistic Administrator for the National Symphony Orchestra (NSO). This full-time role offers a competitive salary of $55,000 – $60,000 with comprehensive benefits, including retirement matching, paid leave, and commuter benefits.

About the Role

As the Assistant Artistic Administrator, you will:
✔ Manage 50% of NSO concerts (25% classical, 75% non-classical)
✔ Oversee artist contracts, rider administration, and logistics
✔ Serve as the primary liaison between artists, production teams, and vendors
Assist in programming research and event execution
✔ Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

🎓 Degree in music or equivalent experience
