Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead Digital Transformation – Design and deploy scalable cloud, mobile, and embedded software solutions for next-gen building automation.
✅ Strategic Technical Leadership – Advise stakeholders on AI-driven, IoT, and SaaS-based innovations to enhance customer value.
✅ SAFe Agile Program Management – Oversee cross-functional feature teams in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.
✅ End-to-End Product Lifecycle Ownership – Drive projects from concept to industrialization, ensuring market-ready solutions.
✅ Competitive Market Analysis – Leverage deep industry insights to maintain Belimo’s leadership in smart HVAC technologies.
Who You Are:
✔ Expert in Software Domains – Proven experience in cloud computing, embedded systems, or enterprise SaaS (AWS/Azure a plus).
✔ Technical Degree Holder – ETH/University graduate in Computer Science, IoT Engineering, or related fields.
✔ Agile & SAFe Certified – Strong background in agile methodologies, DevOps, and multi-project coordination.
✔ Bilingual & Business-Savvy – Fluent in German & English, with sharp strategic and entrepreneurial thinking.
✔ Leadership in Matrix Teams – Skilled at guiding remote/hybrid teams with a collaborative, results-driven approach.
