Stockholm, Sweden – Investment AB Latour seeks a highly skilled and proactive Accounting Director to spearhead the financial operations of the dynamic Innovalift group and its parent company, Innovalift AB. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape the accounting landscape for a leading international group in the lift industry.
As Accounting Director, you will be at the forefront of finance, accounting, and tax management for Innovalift, encompassing central accounting, group consolidation, financial statement preparation, audit coordination, and tax compliance. Your responsibilities will extend to mentoring local finance teams, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting across multiple subsidiaries. Based in Stockholm and reporting directly to Innovalift’s CFO, this hybrid position offers an exciting blend of strategic oversight and hands-on involvement.
Your Impact:
- Drive Financial Excellence: Oversee all accounting functions for the Swedish parent company and its Italian branch.
- Ensure Accurate Reporting: Manage monthly financial closings, group eliminations, and internal adjustments within the consolidation system.
- Navigate Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit regular tax declarations to the Swedish Tax Authority.
- Lead Statutory Reporting: Compile the statutory accounts and annual report for the parent company.
- Manage the Audit Process: Lead the annual audit, liaising effectively with external auditors.
- Support Financial Planning: Assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Empower Finance Teams: Provide guidance and leadership to accounting teams in subsidiaries, ensuring adherence to accounting standards (e.g., IFRS).
- Champion Quality Assurance: Ensure consistent application of accounting standards across all international entities.
- Support International Compliance: Assist with transfer pricing and double taxation assessments.
- Integrate Acquisitions: Play a key role in the financial integration of acquired companies, including PPA and reporting process implementation.
- Coordinate Administrative Functions: Manage various administrative tasks in collaboration with external suppliers (e.g., payroll, insurance).

Qualifications:
- Applicable Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive work experience in accounting, consolidation, audit, and tax.
- Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end finance processes and strong subject matter expertise (e.g., IFRS).
- Exceptional organizational skills, a structured approach, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (Visma preferred) and knowledge of group consolidation systems (Aaro is a significant advantage).
