Job Overview
The Dependent Verification Project Manager will be responsible for planning and managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time reporting. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing detailed project plans and schedules.
- Coordinating internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress.
- Ensuring compliance with internal processes and client expectations.
- Reviewing and processing dependent verification documentation.
- Communicating with employees regarding documentation and deadlines.
- Maintaining detailed records of verification activities.
- Handling escalated cases and providing project updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in benefits administration, HR, or healthcare verification is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, and other benefits-related regulations is an advantage.
