Canada Remote – lululemon athletica is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, P&C Digital Solutions, for a 12-month fixed-term remote opportunity in Canada. This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $134,100 to $176,000, commensurate with experience and location.
In this pivotal role, you will lead and develop a team of 20-40 professionals, driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for People & Culture (P&C) digital solutions. You will be instrumental in optimizing people systems, enhancing employee experience, and serving as the primary liaison for cross-functional business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a large team of analysts and managers.
- Own the strategic direction and delivery of P&C digital solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide expert consultation.
- Ensure P&C technology solutions align with organizational goals and employee needs.
- Oversee user acceptance testing and ensure smooth system rollouts.
- Partner with other teams to synchronize workstreams and manage escalations.
- Provide regular performance reports on the P&C digital delivery team.
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in HR technology, focusing on data, systems, and process optimization.
- 5+ years in a people leadership role.
- Strong proficiency with Workday HCM; experience with Avature and Docebo is a plus.
- Proven success in leading HR technology initiatives and driving change.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience with both agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (HRIS certification is an asset).
