Position Overview

Within the Corporate Digital Marketing Department, and more specifically the e-commerce team, the Web Project Assistant Intern will contribute to implementing the digital acquisition strategy for samsung.com/fr.

The objective of this role is to maximize website traffic and revenue by supporting campaign execution, monitoring performance indicators, and enhancing the overall online customer journey. The intern will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate website updates and marketing initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Coordination

The intern will support the deployment of promotional campaigns on Samsung.com. This includes assisting in the preparation, execution, and monitoring of commercial operations aligned with the marketing calendar.

Content Management and Editorial Planning

In collaboration with internal teams, the intern will oversee the creation and adaptation of website content for the French market. All updates must follow both the commercial roadmap and the editorial strategy to ensure consistency and relevance.

Search Engine Optimization Support

The role involves contributing to ongoing SEO initiatives. The intern will assist in monitoring organic performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and supporting actions that improve search visibility.

User Experience Enhancement

To strengthen customer engagement, the intern will help analyze and optimize the website’s user experience. This includes reviewing navigation flows, identifying friction points, and proposing improvements that enhance conversion performance.

Performance Monitoring and Competitive Benchmarking

The intern will track website performance indicators and contribute to reporting activities. In addition, the role includes monitoring competitors and identifying emerging best practices within the e-commerce sector.

Responsibilities may evolve depending on ongoing projects and the intern’s demonstrated capabilities.

Best Candidate

Academic Background

The ideal candidate is currently pursuing, or has completed, a Master’s degree equivalent to BAC+4 or BAC+5 in digital marketing, e-commerce, business, or a related field.

Professional Experience

Candidates should have at least six months of experience in a digital environment, ideally within marketing, e-commerce, or web project management.
