About Louis Vuitton’s PIONEERS Internship
Louis Vuitton continues to nurture the next generation of creative talent through its PIONEERS Internship Program. As part of the Visual Merchandising team for the Benelux, Nordics & Poland region, interns will gain hands-on exposure to both head office strategy and store-level execution. Based in the Brussels Head Office, this role provides a unique opportunity to understand luxury retail from multiple angles while working under the guidance of the Country Visual Merchandising Manager.
The Role at a Glance
The Visual Merchandising Intern will actively contribute to shaping the brand’s identity within the region. Responsibilities span from in-store displays to strategic head office projects, ensuring a seamless connection between Louis Vuitton’s global vision and local customer experiences.
What You’ll Work On
Visual Merchandising Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the VM Manager on day-to-day tasks and organizational support.
- Sharing regular feedback with HQ on rotations, contractors, and visual updates.
- Monitoring competitor activity to stay ahead of retail trends.
- Assisting with the creation of presentations related to VM strategies and performance.
- Participating in calls, workshops, and training sessions with the VM team.
In-Store Display Experience
- Supporting the installation and deployment of window and in-store displays.
- Maintaining aesthetics in alignment with Louis Vuitton’s seasonal creative direction.
- Arranging props, signage, and product displays to deliver an immersive customer experience.
Who Should Apply?
Candidate Profile
- Current student or graduate in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Design, or related fields.
- Comfortable alternating between in-store duties and head office projects.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Photoshop and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills, ownership mindset, and detail orientation.
- Proactive, flexible, and eager to take initiative.
