Role Overview

The User Experience Design Specialist plays a key role within the SAP Supply Chain Management portfolio. The role focuses on designing intuitive, accessible, and scalable digital experiences for complex enterprise products. The specialist works closely with product and development teams to shape user-centered solutions that support global businesses.

Design work aligns with modern cloud technologies, including SAP Business AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is curious, collaborative, and comfortable working with complex technical products. Strong communication skills and a user-first mindset are essential. A clear interest in emerging technologies and design trends is expected.

Education Requirements

A bachelor’s, diploma, or master’s degree is required. Relevant fields include interaction design, human-computer interaction, media design, industrial design, or similar disciplines.

Professional Experience and Skills

At least four years of experience in UX design within software development environments is required. Experience with cloud-based products is preferred. The candidate should have hands-on experience creating workflows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups. Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Balsamiq is expected. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory.

Team and Work Environment

The specialist joins the SAP Supply Chain Management User Experience Design team. The team consists of UX researchers and designers with varying levels of experience. Collaboration, trust, openness, and mutual support define the team culture. The role involves regular collaboration with international colleagues and customers.
