As a Senior Sales Associate, the selected candidate will serve as an ambassador of the Kate Spade brand, connecting with customers to create exceptional shopping moments and supporting the store’s day-to-day operations.

1. Client & Service Excellence
- Achieves and exceeds personal sales goals.
- Demonstrates deep product knowledge across all categories.

- Builds meaningful connections with customers through authentic engagement.
2. Leadership & Store Culture
- Partners with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to foster a high-performing sales culture.
- Supports in-store events and initiatives to drive business results.
- Acts as a role model by exemplifying professional conduct, enthusiasm, and teamwork.
3. Brand Representation
- Communicates Kate Spade’s aesthetic and values with confidence and clarity.
- Strengthens client relationships and nurtures brand loyalty.
- Provides valuable feedback to management on client preferences and sales opportunities.
4. Operational Excellence
- Assists in opening and closing procedures, including handling cash, deposits, and security tasks.
- Upholds all company standards, policies, and operational guidelines with integrity.

Education & Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury or high-end retail.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
