The Opportunity
The Sales Executive – Acute Care Informatics will play a crucial role in driving sales growth across the DACH region, building long-term relationships, and aligning customer needs with Philips’ digital healthcare portfolio.

Core Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare providers and decision-makers.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the Acute Care Informatics segment.
- Translate complex clinical needs into tailored digital solutions that deliver measurable impact.
- Develop and implement account strategies based on market insights, competition analysis, and customer goals.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Oversee sales funnel management and execute the Acute Care Informatics strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen Philips’ market presence.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience (Bachelor’s) or 1+ year (Master’s) in Sales, Marketing, or Enterprise Informatics.
- Experience with healthcare IT solutions or in high-acuity clinical environments such as the ICU or OR.
- Strong understanding of hospital ecosystems and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments.
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in German (business fluent) and English (professional level).
- Strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) and a structured, goal-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% within the DACH region.
