Based at the Watford Croxley Green Business Park, the successful candidate will play a vital role in the Order and Delivery Team. This highly visible department requires someone with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and managing driver expectations through effective communication with dealers. The role demands consistent strong performance to meet and exceed monthly delivery targets.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing all inbound and outbound customer interactions with a focus on the driver’s perspective.
- Proactively following up on tasks both internally and externally to ensure completion.
- Communicating clearly and professionally, providing comprehensive information at the first point of contact.
- Taking ownership of your work and striving to surpass key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Effectively delivering potentially difficult information with empathy and clarity.
- Prioritizing phone communication where possible to understand driver needs thoroughly.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information within internal and external systems.
- Demonstrating flexibility in handling ad-hoc tasks and assisting with team training.
- Coordinating team responses for comprehensive solutions and resolving complaints efficiently.
