About the Role
As a Content Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of content that supports marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives. You will create high-impact content across the funnel—from blog posts and guides to customer stories and thought leadership.
This is a hands-on role where you will own content strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop and produce high-quality content including blogs, guides, case studies, and thought leadership
- Create campaign-focused content such as email nurture sequences, landing page copy, and promotional assets
- Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content for different audience segments
Content Operations & Optimization
- Manage content production workflows, timelines, and approvals
- Maintain content systems and asset tracking processes
- Analyze content performance and optimize future strategies based on data
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, product, and brand teams to align content with go-to-market strategies
- Work with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Coordinate content distribution across channels for maximum impact
SEO & Growth Marketing
- Apply SEO, AEO, and CRO best practices to improve content performance
- Use AI tools to scale content production and enhance workflows
- Support demand generation initiatives through strategic content planning
Requirements / Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or communications roles
- Strong background in B2B SaaS marketing
- Proven ability to create content across multiple formats and funnel stages
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Experience managing content projects and timelines
- Familiarity with SEO and growth marketing principles
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using AI tools for content creation and optimization
- Background in product marketing or demand generation
- Experience working in high-growth or startup environments
