Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage IT infrastructure operations (laptops, printers, iPads, VoIP, etc.)
✔ Lead IT support teams and ensure smooth IT service delivery
✔ Work with Gen-AI, Power BI, and automation tools for business solutions
✔ Collaborate with global teams on IT projects
✔ Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and service KPIs
Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
✅ 5+ years in IT support & infrastructure management
✅ Strong knowledge of Microsoft OS, Power BI, Tableau, and automation tools
✅ ITIL certification (preferred)
✅ Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
